摘　　要：工程项目管理组织模式(Engineering Project Management Organization Model,EPMOM)是项目管理有效运行的关键和基础。借鉴EPMOM理念,对于高校实验教学中心规范实验室运行、提高实验室管理效率和改进管理机制有重要的推动作用。阐述了工程项目管理组织模式的内涵,以应用型地方高校机械工程学院本科实验教学中心为例,通过对基于EPMOM的实验教学中心管理模式设计和实施过程结合,实验教学中心推行EPMOM管理的目的及效果,对EPMOM管理方法在实验教学中心试行情况进行了归纳和总结,并提出进一步持续改进的工作方向,可为高校实验室管理改革提供参考。Project management organization model(EPMOM)is the key and foundation for the effective operation and implementation of project management.Learning from EPMOM may play an important role in standardizing laboratory operation,improving laboratory management efficiency and improving management mechanism.This paper expounds the connotation of the organization mode of engineering project management.Taking the Undergraduate Teaching Experimental Center of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example,this paper expounds in detail the management design and implementation process of the experimental teaching center based on EPMOM to illustrate the purpose and effect of the EPMOM management.This paper concludes and summarizes the trial implementation of EPMOM management method in the teaching experimental center,and puts forward the work direction of further continuous improvement.It provides a good reference for the reform of laboratory management in universities.
