摘　　要：窝沟封闭术是预防龋病,尤其是窝沟龋的有效措施。其防龋疗效依赖于封闭剂的完整性,封闭剂的不完整或脱落会导致致龋微生物的堆积及侵入。近年来,学者们对提高封闭剂的保留率,提高窝沟封闭术的防龋疗效进行了一系列研究,并取得了诸多成果。本文总结了影响窝沟封闭剂保留率的临床相关因素,包括牙面清洁方式、牙齿表面物理和化学改性、窝沟封闭剂的选择及临床操作注意事项等,并针对这些因素提出了相应的对策,以期为临床医生提供参考和指导。Pit and fissure sealants can substantially reduce the occurrence of dental caries,especially preventing pit and fissure caries.The longevity and retention rate of the sealants determine their effectiveness.Sealant loss can result in the adhesion,accumulation,and fermentation of cariogenic micrograms on the tooth surface.Many studies have enhanced the retention rate of sealant and success rate of pit and fissure sealant technique.This paper summarizes clinical related factors,including tooth cleaning techniques,physical and chemical modification of tooth surface,selection of pit and fissure sealants and precautions for clinical operation,to provide reference and guidance to clinicians.
