摘  要:农业教育是培养农业人才的根本保证,新农科建设对农业教育提出了更高要求。为了提高应用技术大学授课效果及课程建设,以特种经济动物生产学课程为例进行课程改革探索。课程秉承“以学生发展为中心、立德树人”的教学理念,通过课程思政、生产案例、双创案例、知识链接、答题挑战、翻转课堂、问题讨论、教师讲授、实验实训9个环节,应用“九段式”课堂教学设计并完善课程建设。结果表明,细化教学过程,有针对性地加强过程性考核,促进了相应教学目标达成,有利于为生产一线提供专业理论基础扎实、实践技能突出、具备创新思维和创业精神的应用技术人才。Agricultural education is the fundamental guarantee for cultivating agricultural talents.The construction of new agricultural sciences puts forward higher demands on agricultural education.In order to improve the teaching design and curriculum construction of agricultural applied technology universities,this article takes the special economic animal production course as an example to explore the curriculum reform.This article adheres to“student development,moral education and cultivating people”as the center of teaching philosophy,through curriculum ideology and politics,cases of production,cases of innovation and entrepreneurship,knowledge linkage,answering challenges,flipped classroom,discussion,lecture,experimental training,et al.,applied the“nine-stage”teaching design,improved the curriculum construction.The results show that refining the teaching process and strengthening the process assessment pertinently promote the achievement of the corresponding teaching objectives,which is conducive to providing the production line with applied technical talents with solid professional theoretical basis,outstanding practical skills,innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
