摘　　要：目的:探究创新创业教育对护理专业大学生创业意愿的影响机制。方法:采用分层抽样法抽取山西省6所院校四年制本科护理学专业一年级至四年级学生作为研究对象开展问卷调查。结果:学生个人因素、创新创业课程、创新创业竞赛、学校配套政策对护理专业大学生创新创业教育质量具有正向影响(P<0.01),对学生参与创业实践意愿具有正向影响(P<0.10);创新创业教育质量在学生个人因素、创新创业课程、创新创业竞赛、学校配套政策对学生参与创业实践意愿的影响中发挥着中介作用(P<0.10)。结论:为提升护理专业创新创业教育质量,激发学生创业意愿,高校应重视培养学生的创新创业意识,优化学生创新创业课程体系,充分发挥创新创业类竞赛的作用,探索有护理专业特色的创新创业教育配套政策。Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intention of nursing students.Methods:The stratified cluster sampling method was used to select the four-year undergraduate nursing students from 6 colleges and universities in Shanxi Province from the first grade to the fourth grade as the research object to carry out a questionnaire survey.Results:The results of the structural equation showed that nursing students′personal factors,innovation and entrepreneurship courses,innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,and school supporting policies had a positive impact on the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education(P<0.01),and had a positive impact on students′willingness to participate in entrepreneurial practice(P<0.10).The quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education played a mediating role in the influence of students′personal factors,innovation and entrepreneurship courses,innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,and school supporting policies on students′willingness to participate in entrepreneurial practice(P<0.10).Conclusion:In order to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in nursing and stimulate students′willingness to start a business,colleges and universities should attach importance to cultivating students′awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,optimize the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship for students,give full play to the role of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,and explore innovative and entrepreneurship education packages with policies of nursing characteristics.
