实习阶段培养中职计算机专业学生社会适应能力研究

摘　　要：实习阶段是锻炼和提高中职学生社会适应能力的关键期。对此,学校可基于中职计算机专业学生在实习中存在的人际沟通能力弱、缺乏职业生涯规划、达不到职业技能要求等问题,积极培养中职学生的综合素质,提升中职学生的关键能力,并与企业专家结对,对接企业的管理模式,同时改革课程结构,优化培养方式,不断提升中职学生的社会适应能力,满足社会对人才的高标准要求。The practice stage is the key period to exercise and improve the social adaptability of secondary vocational students.In this regard,the school can actively cultivate the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students based on their weak interpersonal communication ability,lack of career planning,failure to meet the requirements of vocational skills and other problems in the practice of computer students in secondary vocational schools,improve the key abilities of secondary vocational students,pair up with business experts,connect the management model of enterprises,reform the curriculum structure,optimize the training methods,and constantly improve the social adaptability of secondary vocational students,meet the high standard requirements of the society for talents.
