高校师范生过硬“软能力”的培养路径探究--以三峡库区高校师范生为例

摘　　要：振兴乡村教育阻断农村贫困代际传递,是乡村振兴的重要条件。现代教育在重视“硬能力”的同时,也强调对“软能力”的培养。三峡库区教育事业的发展主要依赖于三峡库区的高校师范生,这无疑对三峡库区高校师范生“软能力”提出特殊的要求,从高校本身培养人才角度看,评价体系、课程体系、第二课堂和实践体系方面的探索是乡村振兴背景下的三峡库区高师生“软能力”培养的主要路径。Revitalizing rural education and blocking the intergenerational transmission of rural poverty are important conditions for rural revitalization in an all-round way.Modern education emphasizes the cultivation of"soft ability"as well as hard ability.The development of the education in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area mainly depends on the college students there,and there is no doubt that this puts forward special requirements for the"soft power"of normal college students in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.From the perspective of the university itself to cultivate talents evaluation system,course system,system of the second classroom,the practice of exploring is the main way to cultivate the"soft ability"of teachers and students in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area under the background of rural revitalization.
