基于本科生全程导师制的“迭代式”育人模式探索

摘　　要：“迭代式”育人是将“迭代式”与“育人”相结合的育人模式,是对传统育人模式的强化、细化和深化。按照因材施教的教育要求,积极发挥全程导师制在学生学业进展、思想品德、专业素养等中的作用。根据学生基础和专业知识、创新和创业能力、综合素质的培养要素,开展“前进”“反馈”“总结”3个阶段的“迭代”,将阶段结果叠加至下阶段工作中,激发学生学习动力、逐步达到培养的目标,提升育人质量。同时,该文给出两个指标“收敛阶”“效率指数”,定量分析高校学生培养质量和学习动力,深化“迭代式”育人模式的内涵。"Iterative"education is an education mode combining"iterative"and"education",which is the strengthening,refinement and deepening of the traditional education mode.For the education requirements of undergraduate in accordance with their aptitude,the role of the whole-process tutorial system in academic progress,ideology and morality,and professional quality is explored.According to the basic and professional knowledge,innovation and entrepreneurial ability,comprehensive quality,three stages'iterations of"progress","feedback"and"summary"are carried out.The results of the first stage are superimposed to the next stage of work to stimulate undergraduate learning motivation,gradually achieve the goal of training,and improve the quality of education.At the same time,with"convergence order"and"efficiency index"for undergraduate,the paper analyzes the education quality and learning motivation,and deepens the connotation of"iterative"education mode.
