摘 要:目的探讨基于案例的教学法(Case-based learning,CBL)联合基于问题的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)在护理学基础实验教学中的作用。方法选取2019级护理1班85名学生作为观察组,2019级护理2班81名学生作为对照组,观察组采用CBL联合PBL教学法,对照组采用常规教学法。对比2组学生的期末理论知识、技能操作考核评分及学习效果评价。结果观察组期末理论知识、技能操作考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学习效果评价明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组课堂教学效果评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合PBL教学法能提高护理学基础实验教学效果,提高学生自主学习能力,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the role of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)method in basic nursing experimental teaching.Methods 85 students from Class 1,Grade 2019 nursing class were selected as the observation group,and 81 students from Class 2,Grade 19 nursing class were selected as the control group.The observation group was given CBL combined with PBL teaching method and conventional teaching method.The control group received conventional teaching methods.The final assessment scores of theoretical knowledge,skills and learning effects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of learning effect in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of classroom teaching effect in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect of basic nursing experiment,improve students’autonomous learning ability,and is worthy of promotion and application.
