摘　　要：成人医学高等教育是基层医务人员继续医学深造的重要途径。目前教育及管理模式的僵化,导致成人医学高等教育的发展受到了限制。为使滨州医学院烟台附属医院成人高等医学教育健康、快速的发展,本团队从培养模式多元化、培养方式现代化、培养方案个体化等方面进行改革创新,积极进行新时代成人医学高等教育的改革实践研究,以进一步提高滨州医学院烟台附属医院成人医学高等教育的教学和管理质量。Adult medical higher education is an important way for grassroots medical staff to further their medical education.At present,the development of adult medical higher education is restricted by the rigid education model and administration modality.We carry out reform and innovation from the aspects of diversified,modernized,and individualized training pattern,in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of adult higher medical education in our college.Simultaneously,we carry out the reform and practice of adult medical higher education in the new era actively,further improve the teaching and management quality of adult medical higher education in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University.
