摘　　要：中医专科培训制度尚未在全国开展,广州中医药大学第一附属医院作为第一批先行示范者,在10余年摸索中行进中积累了一定经验。针灸学科是中医学中最具代表性的学科。结合住院医师规范化培训,广州中医药大学第一附属医院针推康复基地以针推康复病区为依托,结合实际情况,制定了一系列切实有效的培训方法。培育了众多优秀的针灸学人才,输送至大湾区乃至全国。The training system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)specialty has not been carried out in the whole country,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,as one of the first batch of pioneers,has accumulated certain experience in more than 10 years of exploration.Acupuncture is the most representative subject in Chinese medicine.Based on the standardized training of resident physicians,the acupuncture and push rehabilitation base of our hospital has explored and developed a series of practical and effective training methods based on the acupuncture and push rehabilitation area.Many excellent talents of acupuncture and moxibustion have been cultivated and sent to the Greater Bay Area and even the whole country.
