摘 要:黑龙江工程学院的测绘工程专业经历了中专、专科、本科3个层次的教育阶段,每个时代都有独特的培养特色。本文首先梳理测绘工程专业各阶段人才培养模式,重点介绍实践性教学工作内容及安排,并根据新工科建设特点,深化实践性教学改革,实行“3+1”顶岗实习模式、“虚拟仿真+实训基地”数字测图实习等项目,不但提高了学生专业技能和综合素质,也增加了他们的就业机会。The specialty of surveying and mapping engineering in Heilongjiang Institute of Technology has experienced three levels of education,including technical secondary school,junior college and undergraduate,and each era has its unique training characteristics.This paper first sorts out the talent training mode of each stage of surveying and mapping engineering specialty,and focuses on the content and arrangement of practical teaching,and according to the characteristics of new engineering construction,deepens the practical teaching reform,implements the"3+1"post practice mode,and"virtual simulation+training base"digital mapping internship,which not only improves students′professional skills and comprehensive quality,but also improves their employment opportunities.
