摘　　要：实习教学是医学院校与医药卫生单位有效衔接的重要阶段,为输出高质量、高素质的应用型医学生筑建全民小康社会提供了有力的保障。探索构建一套包含统筹、监督、考核、评比、评议、反馈和硬件保障等具有地方特色的医学院校实习教学质量监控与评价体系是对“三全育人”新要求下高校教育制度的一种完善举措,对培养学生的临床思维能力、实际操作能力、灵活运用理论知识和适应社会能力,极具重大意义。Practice teaching is an important stage of effective connection between medical colleges and medical and health units,which provides a favorable guarantee for the export of high quality and high quality applied medical students to build a well-off society for the whole people.Exploring and constructing a set of quality monitoring and evaluation system of practice teaching in medical colleges with local characteristics,such as overall planning,supervision,examination,evaluation,evaluation,feedback and hardware guarantee,is a perfect measure to the new requirement of“three-wide education”.It is of great significance to cultivate students’clinical thinking ability,practical operation ability,flexible application of theoretical knowledge and ability to adapt to society.
