本科针推专业毕业生实习的困惑和对策

摘　　要：实习是每个医学生都要经历的重要阶段。2013年国家7部门联合出台《关于建立住院医师规范化培训制度的指导意见》,要求本科必须取得毕业证、规培证、执业证才有资格进入真正的临床工作。这对针推专业医学本科生的实习心态影响很大。学生对是否考研,如何选择就业充满困惑,尤其是工作强度高、收入低或者不喜欢的专业,学生最常见的反应是抵触、焦虑、逃避。他们认为实习是浪费自己读书时间,耽误考研,以至于学生和带教教师在实际工作中普遍表现得敷衍、懈怠。要想改善现状,帮助学生走出困境,不仅需要医院深化教学改革,同时政府的政策也亟待完善或改革。Internship is a stage that every medical student has to go through.In 2014,seven ministries and departments of the state jointly issued the Opinions:undergraduate students must obtain a diploma,training certificate,practice certificate in order to be eligible to enter the real clinical work.This kind of teaching mode fluctuates greatly for medical undergraduates majoring in massage.Students are full of confusion about whether to take the postgraduate entrance examination and how to choose employment,especially the majors with high work intensity,low income or dislike.The most common reactions of students are resistance,anxiety and escape.They think that internships are a waste of their study time and delay the entrance exam,so that students and teachers generally behave perfunctorily and slack off in practical work.How to improve the status quo and help students out of the plight,not only need to deepen the hospital teaching reform,but also the government’s behavior,policy needs to be improved or reform.
