社交网络嵌入、身份认同对领先用户创业融资绩效的影响机制研究

摘　　要：影响领先用户创业融资绩效的因素有很多,基于嵌入理论、身份认同理论和创业绩效理论,通过对领先用户创业者进行调研,探究社交网络嵌入、身份认同对领先用户创业融资绩效的影响机制。研究发现:社交网络嵌入对领先用户创业融资绩效有明显的正向影响;身份认同对领先用户创业融资绩效有明显的正向影响;身份认同在社交网络嵌入对领先用户创业融资绩效的影响中起中介作用。There are many factors that affect the leading users’ entrepreneurship financing performance.Based on the embedding theory,social identity theory and entrepreneurial performance theory,it explores the impact mechanism of social network embedding on entrepreneurial financing performance of leading users.The results show that:social network embedding has a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial financing performance of leading users;identity has a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial financing performance of leading users;identity plays a mediating role in the impact of social network embedding on the entrepreneurial financing performance of leading users.
