摘　　要：“双减”政策是党中央站在实现中华民族伟大复兴的战略高度作出的重要决策部署,是新时代基础教育改革发展的重大战略布局,这场改革正在推进我国基础教育格局的整体性变革。随着“双减”政策的落地,体育课成为大众的焦点,深圳各区各校也积极落实“双减”政策,利用课后服务,实现多元的体育学习,促进学生的全面发展。该文结合“双减政策”下深圳体育课堂的现状,通过查阅文献、收集资料、实践归纳,初步探讨中小学体育教师课堂学习内容与课外、校外活动高效衔接的方法。"Double Reduction"is an important decision and deployment made by the Party Central Committee at the strategic height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and a major strategic layout for the reform and development of basic education in the new era.This policy is now proceeding the overall reform of China's basic education.With the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,physical education has become the focus of the public.Schools in Shenzhen districts have also actively implemented the"Double Reduction"policy,using after-school services to achieve diversified physical education learning and promote the comprehensive development of students.Based on the current situation of Shenzhen PE classroom under the policy of"Double Reduction",this paper reviews the literature,collects data,and summarizes the methods for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools to effectively link up classroom studying content with extracurricular and extracurricular activities.
