摘　　要：青少年是我国人口的重要组成部分,青少年体质健康关系到民族的兴旺,国力的强弱。如今,我国青少年体质健康问题亟待解决。体教融合战略致力于推动青少年文化学习和体育锻炼协调发展,促进青少年健康成长,锤炼意志,健全人格,改变当下和未来一段时间学校体育面貌,促进青少年健康发展。该文采用文献综述法,以促进青少年体质健康发展策略作为研究对象,从青少年体质健康现状入手,分析青少年体质健康发展的影响因素以及制约条件,并提出促进青少年体质健康发展的策略,通过社会、学校、家庭等多方面协同作用,共同促进青少年健康发展。Teenagers are an important part of China's population.Their physical health is related to the prosperity of the nation and the strength of national power.Nowadays,the physique health problems of teenagers in China urgently need to be solved.Sports and education integration strategy is committed to promoting the coordinated development of cultural learning and physical exercise of teenagers,promoting the healthy growth of teenagers,tempering their will and perfecting their personality,changing the current and future school sports appearance and promoting the healthy development of teenagers.This article uses the method of literature review,takes the strategy of promoting the healthy development of teenagers'physique as the research object,starts from the current situation of teenagers'physique health,analyzes the influencing factors and constraints of the healthy development of teenagers'physique,and puts forward the strategy of promoting the healthy development of teenagers'physique,so as to jointly promote the healthy development of teenagers through the synergy of society,school,family and other aspects.
