摘　　要：分析“一带一路”背景下我国对外援助的历史进程、发展阶段,取得的重大成效,以及存在的主要问题。尝试探讨在新时代新形势下,如何发挥对外援助在促进民心相通中的重要价值和现实作用,并提出若干相应的对策和路径。Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper mainly focuses on the historical process,development stage,significant achievements and existing problems of Chinese foreign aid.This paper tries to discuss how to give full play to the important value and practical role of foreign aid in promoting people-to-people bonds in the new era and new situation and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and paths.
