摘  要:选择墨家作为思想样本,考察中国教育思想的起源之一对教育正义如何理解及界定,以及墨家如何利用思想和行动来争取底层民众的教育权益,使之受到一定程度的重视。当前优质教育资源均衡分配的宏观政策背景,遏制了因社会阶层分化与固化而呈现两极扩大化的趋势。教育权益作为获取能力与争取承认的重要手段,对解决阶层间合理的正向流动有重要参照价值,有助于促进社会的公平与正义。这意味着墨家教育思想发出的“有能则举,无能则下”的呼吁,在当代仍有重要的借鉴意义。This paper chooses Mohism as the thought sample to probe the origin of the educational philosophy in China how to understand the justice and struggle for regulation,and explores how Mohist fought for the disadvantaged people's educational rights and interests with thoughts and actions successfully,so that Mohist received a certain degree of attention.The current macro policy background of balanced distribution of high-quality education resources has restrained the trend of polarization and expansion due to social stratification and solidification.As an important means of acquiring ability and striving for recognition,educational rights and interests have important reference value to solve the reasonable positive mobility among classes,and help to promote social fairness and justice.This means that the appeal of Mojia's education thought,"If you have the ability,you will raise,if you are unable,you will go down",still has important reference significance in contemporary times.
