摘　　要：在教育大数据时代,如何充分挖掘数字化校园中的海量数据,为教学精准赋能,已经成为高职教育教学模式改革创新的新挑战。文章阐释了当前高职教育教学模式存在的问题和教育大数据给其带来的深刻影响。针对这些问题和影响,使用大数据分析技术构建了基于学生画像的精准教学模式,详细分析了该教学模式的具体生成路径,以期为高职院校的教学模式创新改革提供参考。In the era of big data in education,how to fully tap the massive data in digital campus to accurately empower teaching has become a new challenge for reform and innovation of teaching mode in higher vocational education.The paper fully explains the issues of the current teaching mode of higher vocational education and the profound influence brought by big data in education.To address these issues and impacts,a precise teaching model based on student persona is constructed using big data analysis technology,and the specific generation path of this teaching model is analyzed in detail,with a view to providing reference for the innovation and reform of teaching models in higher vocational institutions.
