摘 要:弓网关系是高速列车运行的重要关键技术,弓网匹配性则是弓网关系研究的重要内容。文中基于高速弓网关系试验台,试验研究了速度400、450、500 km/h下CTS150、CTMH150铜合金接触线分别与纯碳滑板和浸金属碳滑板载流磨损匹配性,对比分析了不同速度下的弓网摩擦副的磨耗比。研究发现,400、450 km/h下接触线和滑板磨耗比随磨耗公里先增加至最高点,随后趋于稳定或逐渐降低,500万~1000万机车公里是磨耗比的临界点。速度450、500 km/h下与接触线对磨时,纯碳滑板相比浸金属碳滑板具有更低的接触线和滑板磨耗比,最低时的接触线磨耗比只有21%,最低时的滑板磨耗比只有10%。速度450、500 km/h下CTS150接触线与纯碳滑板匹配时具有更低的磨耗比。Pantograph catenary relationship is an important key technology of High-speed train operation,and pantograph catenary matching is an important content of pantograph catenary relationship research.Based on the High-speed pantograph catenary relationship test-rig,this paper studies the current carrying wear matching of copper alloy contact wires of CTS150,CTMH150 with the pure carbon contact strips and metal impregnated carbon contact strips under 400 km/h,450 km/h,500 km/h by experiment,the wear ratio of friction pairs of pantograph catenary at different speeds is compared and analyzed.It is found that the wear ratio of contact wire and contact strips increases first to the highest point along with the wear kilometers,then tends to be stable or gradually reduces at 400 km/h and 450 km/h.The 5-10 million locomotive kilometers is the critical point of wear ratio.The pure carbon contact strips has a lower wear ratio of contact wire and contact strips compared with the metal impregnated carbon contact strips,which was grinded with contact wire at the speed of 450 km/h and 500 km/h.The lowest wear ratio of contact wire is only 21%,and the lowest wear ratio of contact strips is only 10%.The lowest wear ratio occurs when CTS150 and pure carbon contact strips are matched at 450 km/h and 500 km/h.
