摘  要:椀香茗是从金萱自然杂交后代中采用单株选择法选育的晚生、高香、优质红茶茶树新品系。属灌木型,中叶类;树姿半开张,叶片稍上斜,叶色深绿,叶面微隆起,芽叶绿带紫,茸毛中等,发芽密度中;内含物丰富,春季水浸出物平均含量为36.44%,茶多酚平均含量为21.07%;制绿茶鲜醇有花香;制红茶花香浓郁,滋味甜醇回甘;产量较高,生长势强,抗寒、抗旱能力强,扦插繁殖力强,适宜在湖南茶区种植。'Wanxiangming'(breeding No.2011-12-1)is a new late-sprouting tea cultivar bred from'Jinxuan'natural hybrid progeny by single plant selecting,which is suitable for making black tea with high aroma and good quality.Belonging to a shrub-cum-medium-leaf type,its tree is semi-open,with slightly upsloped leaves in dark green color,slightly rugose upper leaf surface,green buds tinged with purple,moderate pubescence covering young shoots,and medium sprouting density.It is rich in biochemical components;averagely,water extracts reach 36.44%and tea polyphenols 21.07%in its spring tea products;its green tea products taste fresh and mellow,emitting a floral aroma;and its black tea products have a strong floral fragrance,tasting sweet and mellow with a long-lasting aftertaste.It is of a high yield capacity,strong growth potential,strong cold and drought tolerances,and strong cutting propagation ability,which is suitable for planting in Hunan tea area.
