“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员职业素养提升路径研究——以贵州财经大学为例

摘　　要：“三全育人”综合改革是加强改进新形势下高校职业培养工作、全面落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。而高校辅导员是大学生思想政治工作的主力军,在“三全育人”大思政格局中发挥着重要作用。高校辅导员职业培养工作应积极响应“三全育人”精神,发挥辅导员职业化素养提升工作的优势,使辅导员能够从“三全育人”精神中得到启发,进而启蒙与塑造优秀的辅导员职业素养思想。The comprehensive reform of "three complete education" is a strategic measure to strengthen and improve the vocational training work in colleges and universities under the new situation, and comprehensively implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents. College counselors are the main force of college students’ ideological and political work and play an important role in the ideological and political pattern of "three complete education". The vocational training of college counselors should actively respond to the spirit of "three complete education", give play to the advantages of counselors’ professional quality improvement, so that counselors can get inspiration from the spirit of "three complete education",and then enlighten and shape excellent counselors’ professional quality ideas.
