变声期儿童声乐教学及嗓音保健刍探

摘　　要：变声期是儿童成长发育的必经阶段,这一时期的嗓音保护会影响其今后的唱歌和发声水平,以及声音质量。素质教育的推进及声乐教育的普及使越来越多的教师和家长开始重视变声期儿童的声乐教学和嗓音保健。变声期的声乐训练和教学方式对变声期儿童的嗓音保护和未来声乐学习至关重要,声乐教师必须重视。文章从变声期儿童身心特点入手,分析变声期儿童声乐教学和嗓音保健的重要性,并对变声期儿童声乐教学的策略,以及变声期儿童的嗓音保健措施进行探究。The voice change period is a necessary stage for children’s growth and development. The voice protection in this period will affect their singing and phonation levels and sound quality in the future. With the promotion of quality education and the popularization of vocal music education, more and more teachers and parents begin to attach importance to vocal music teaching and voice health care for children in the changing voice period. Vocal music training and teaching methods in the changing voice period are very important for the voice protection and future vocal music learning of children in the changing voice period. Vocal music teachers must pay attention to them. This article analyzes the importance of vocal music teaching and voice health care for children in the changing voice period from the physical and mental characteristics of children in the changing voice period, and explores the strategies of vocal music teaching for children in the changing voice period, as well as the voice health care measures for children in the changing voice period.
