摘 要:2019年1+X证书制度开始实施,对高职院校的学生质量提出了更高的要求,所以高职院校的人才培养质量评价也要发生相应的改变。但是,目前高职院校人才培养质量评价研究还存在不足。基于此,通过构建1+X证书制度下高职院校人才培养质量评价理论框架体系,从评价主体、评价内容、评价方法进行深入分析,通过访谈调查,总结特点,研究出在1+X证书推动下,完善高职院校人才培养质量评价的途径,为我国高职院校在人才培养质量评价方面的发展提供一定的参考。Since the implementation of the 1+X certificate system in 2019,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of students in higher vocational colleges,so the evaluation of talent training quality in higher vocational colleges should also be changed accordingly.However,there are still some deficiencies in the evaluation of talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.By constructing the theoretical framework system of talent training quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,this paper analyzes the evaluation subject,evaluation contents and evaluation methods in depth,summarizes the characteristics through interviews and surveys,studies the ways to improve the talent training quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges under the promotion of the 1+X certificate,and provides reference for the development of talent training quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges in China.
