摘  要:目的研究微课结合PBL教学法在烧伤外科学教学中的应用。方法选取南通大学医学院2017级临床医学本科生共120名,研究时间为2020年11月至2021年4月,采用随机数表法将其分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组则运用微课结合PBL教学法,每组配备5名相应师资的教师。比较两组学生的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩、学生及教师的教学效果反馈。结果研究组的理论知识、操作技能成绩显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生对烧伤外科学的实践操作能力、临床思维能力、理解能力、交流合作能力、学习效率、学习积极性、学习兴趣、碎片时间利用率、自主学习能力等方面的反馈均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教师在教学满意度、教学效率、教学压力减轻等方面的反馈均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合PBL的新型教学方法使教学活动变得更为灵活高效,使学习不再局限于固定的时间和地点,能够很好地促进学生对烧伤外科学的学习。Objective To investigate the application of micro-class combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in burn surgery teaching.Methods A total of 120 clinical medical undergraduates from Medical School of Nantong University enrolled in 2017 were selected.The research period was from November 2020 to April 2021.The undergraduates were divided into the study group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with the conventional teaching method,while the study group was treated with the micro-class combined with PBL teaching method.Each group was equipped with 5 teachers with corresponding qualification.The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation ability,and teaching effect feedback of students and teachers were compared between students in the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and operation ability of the study group were significantly superior to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The feedbacks of students in the study group on practical operation ability,clinical thinking ability,understanding ability,communication and cooperation ability,learning efficiency,learning enthusiasm,learning interest,fragment time utilization rate,autonomous learning ability,etc.,were all superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The feedbacks of teachers in the study group on teaching satisfaction,teaching efficiency and teaching pressure reduction were all superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The new teaching method of micro-class combined with PBL makes teaching activities more flexible and efficient,and makes learning no longer limited to a fixed time and place,which can well promot e students’learning of burn surgery.
