摘  要:目的探讨基于胡格教学模式的职业能力培训思维对护理专业学生临床实习阶段教学效果的影响。方法选择2020年7月至2021年5月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院实习的68名护理专业学生为研究对象。按学生学号行信封法,将学生分为对照组和观察组,每组各34名。对照组行常规教学,观察组采取基于胡格教学模式的职业能力培训思维进行教学改革。教学后,从学生护理知识及操作水平测试结果、学生实习期职业素养评分和教学满意度方面比较教学效果。结果两组基础测试部分得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组加分测试部分得分、学生实习期职业素养评分和对教学效果的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于胡格教学模式的职业能力培训思维融入教学工作后,有效提高了护理专业学生临床实习阶段的教学效果。Objective To investigate the impacts of vocational ability training thinking based on Hug teaching mode on teaching effect of nursing major students in clinical internship stage.Methods A total of 68 nursing major students who were interns in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from July 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.Students were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34)according to their student ID by the envelope method.The control group was treated with conventional teaching,while the observation group was treated with teaching reform through the vocational ability training thinking based on the Hug teaching mode.After that,the teaching effect was compared from the aspects of students’nursing knowledge and operation level comparison test results,students’internship professional accomplishment score and teaching satisfaction,etc.Results In the basic test,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group’s scores in the extrapoint test,the students’vocational quality during internship and the satisfaction degree on the teaching effect were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion After the vocational ability training thinking based on Hug teaching mode is integrated into the teaching work,the teaching effect of nursing major students in the clinical internship stage is effectively improved.
