摘 要:在康德实践哲学中,“理性的事实”是一个重要且富有争议的概念。在《实践理性批判》中,康德通过“理性的事实”概念确立了纯粹实践理性的客观实在性。这引发了学界的两大争论:第一,“理性的事实”概念取代道德法则的先验演绎这一做法是否具有合理性?第二,“理性的事实”概念的具体内容是道德法则的意识,还是道德法则,又或是它们二者的统一?我们可以基于黑格尔哲学的研究视角,把“理性的事实”概念理解为纯粹实践理性通过与它自身同一的道德法则而确立的事实,理解为纯粹实践理性(即道德法则的意识)与道德法则在同一性中构成的统一体,由此为学界对“理性的事实”概念的研究提供一种新的理解方式。In Kant’s practical philosophy, the concept of "Fact of Reason" is an important and controversial concept. Kant established the objectivity of pure practical reason with the concept of "Fact of Reason" in Critique of Practical Reason. This leads to two major debates in the academic circle: first, is it reasonable for the concept of "Fact of Reason" to replace the transcendental deduction of moral laws;second, is the concrete content of the concept of "Fact of Reason" the consciousness of moral laws, or moral laws, or the unity of them? Based on the perspective of Hegel’s philosophy, this paper interprets the concept of "Fact of Reason" as the fact established by pure practical reason through the same moral law as itself. Thus, the concept of "Fact of Reason" is the unity of the identity of pure practical reason(i.e. the consciousness of moral law) and moral law. Therefore, this paper will provide a new way to understand the concept of "Fact of Reason".
