摘 要:针对传统高铁无砟轨道监测在传感器参数与布点布线信息查询、监测数据处理与分析等方面存在的可视化水平低、直观性差等问题,借助BIM和AR技术,研究无砟轨道监测信息管理和表达方法。在总结道床板伤损病害及关键监测参数的基础上,搭建了双块式无砟轨道、监测设备模型;基于Unity3D平台,开发传感器参数及布点信息AR查询终端;采用可视化编程工具Dynamo,构建道床板轻量化模型,将监测数据与道床板模型动态关联。将其应用于兰新高铁双块式道床板监测中,结果表明:AR信息查询终端可实现道床板监测设备参数与布设信息的快捷查询,有效提高监测信息管理效率;道床板板端倾角与温度梯度变化峰值出现的时间一致,监测数据与模型的联动能够反映真实情况下道床板的位移和变形情况,BIM的应用可提高监测数据分析和服役状态观测的直观性。Aiming at the problems of low visualization level and poor intuitiveness of traditional high speed rail ballastless track monitoring in terms of sensor parameters and wiring information query,monitoring data processing and analysis,this paper studies the ballastless track monitoring information management and expression method with the help of BIM and AR technology.On the basis of summarizing the bedplate damages and key monitoring parameters,a double-block ballastless track and monitoring equipment model is built.AR query terminal for sensor parameters and wiring information is developed based on Unity3 D platform.Dynamo,a visualization programming tool,is used to establish a light weight model of the bedplate to correlate the monitoring data dynamically.The results show that the AR information query terminal can realize the quick query of the roadbed plate monitoring equipment parameters and deployment information,which can effectively improve the monitoring information management efficiency;the inclination angle of the roadbed plate end and the peak temperature gradient change occur at the same time.The linkage between the monitoring data and the model can reflect the displacement and deformation of the roadbed plate under the real situation,and the application of BIM significantly improves the intuitiveness of monitoring data analysis and service state observation.
