摘  要:饲粮中添加油脂的主要目的是为动物提供高浓度的能量,维持机体正常的免疫机能,以及保障高性能畜禽实现其遗传潜能。本文深入介绍了不同来源油脂的特点、油脂和脂肪酸对动物免疫机能的调节、油脂食用的安全及对其有效能值评估的进展,以期安全高效地、有针对性地在畜禽饲粮中添加油脂,促进饲料生产和动物养殖的健康发展,并实现生产优质畜禽产品的目的。The objective of the inclusion of oils and fats in animal diets is mainly to provide animals with high concentration of energy,maintain the normal immune function of the body,and ensure the high-performance livestock and poultry to achieve their genetic potential efficiently.In this review,we reviewed the characteristics of different sources of oils and fats,and discussed the roles of fats and fatty acids in regulation of immune function in animals.Furthermore,we discussed the edible safety controlling and the evaluation of available energy value of oils and fats,in order to include oils and fats in animal diet safely and efficiently,promote the healthy development of feed production and animal breeding,and achieve the purpose of producing high-quality livestock and poultry products.
