摘  要:本试验旨在探究不同浓度亚麻籽油对黑水虻幼虫生长性能、虫体营养组分及多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)构成的影响。试验选择2400只1龄黑水虻幼虫,随机分为3组:A组(蛋鸡粪+5%大豆油)、B组(蛋鸡粪+3%大豆油+2%亚麻籽油)、C组(蛋鸡粪+5%亚麻籽油),每组4个重复,每个重复200只幼虫。将黑水虻幼虫饲养14 d后测量百虫鲜重、体长、体宽,并测定饲粮、幼虫粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量以及PUFAs构成。结果表明:1)B组幼虫的百虫鲜重、体长显著高于C组(P<0.05),B组和C组幼虫的体宽显著高于A组(P<0.05)。2)C组幼虫中粗脂肪含量显著高于A组(P<0.05),B组和C组幼虫中粗蛋白质含量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。3)A组幼虫中n-6/n-3 PUFAs比值显著高于B组(P<0.05),B组显著高于C组(P<0.05)。综上所述,黑水虻幼虫饲粮中添加2%亚麻籽油可提高黑水虻幼虫的生长性能及粗脂肪含量,改善n-6/n-3 PUFAs比例。This experiment was conducted to investigate effects of different concentrations of flaxseed oil on growth performance,body nutrient composition and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)composition of Hermetia illucens larvae.A total of 24001st instar Hermetia illucens larvae were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A(layer manure+5%soybean oil),group B(layer manure+3%soybean oil+2%flaxseed oil)and group C(layer manure+5%flaxseed oil),each group contained four replicates and 200 larvae per replicate.The fresh weight of hundred insects,body length and body width of Hermetia illucens larvae were measured after feeding 14 days,and the contents of crude protein and ether extract and PUFAs composition in diet and larvae were determined.The results showed as follows:1)the fresh weight of hundred insects and body length of larvae in group B were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.05),and the body width of larvae in group B and group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).2)The larvae ether extract content in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and the larvae crude protein content in group B and group C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).3)The ratio of n-6/n-3 PUFAs in larvae in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05),and that in group B was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 2%flaxseed oil can improve the growth performance and ether extract content of Hermetia illucens larvae,and improve the ratio of n-6/n-3 PUFAs.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2022,34(10):6781-6789]
