摘　　要：目的了解上海中医药大学、Huachiew Chalermprakiet University等大学及附院学生对于中医性医学相关知识的态度、中医性医学及当前相关教育的现状,为高校更好地开展大学生中医性医学教育工作提供参考。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,于2019年10月至2020年9月抽取上海中医药大学、Huachiew Chalermprakiet University及龙华、岳阳、曙光等各附院中医相关本科及研究生规培生295名学生进行问卷调查,主要内容为基本情况、性医学知识、中医性医学教育普及情况及现状等。结果大学生对于性医学相关的知识了解甚少,80.44%的大学生表示想要获取性医学知识,这其中87.35%的大学生从互联网等媒体资源学习性相关知识,几乎近95%以上的大学生都支持所在学校积极开展性生理、性卫生及性传播疾病避孕预防等科学、系统的性教育,尤其是中医性医学相关知识,并表示会选修相关课程,女生对此的接受度明显高于男生(P<0.05);对于中医性医学教学内容中性心理、性功能障碍、性传播疾病、性生殖等内容中,之感兴趣的排名为性生殖、性传播疾病、性心理、性功能障碍、性生理,这其中男女感兴趣的内容有所不同(P<0.05)。结论中医相关类大学生对于中医性医学相关知识热情度较高,对于性生殖、性传播疾病、性安全、性心理等相关性健康教育知识较为欠缺,高校各部门应根据学生现阶段的需求和心理,积极开展全面、科学的中医性教育。Objective To understand the attitudes towards knowledge related to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)sexology of students in Shanghai University of TCM,Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and its affiliated colleges,the situation of TCM sexology and its related education,and to provide a reference for universities to better carry out the sexology education of TCM among college students.Methods A total of 295 undergraduate and postgraduate students of TCM from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Huachiew Chalermprakiet University,Longhua,Yueyang,and Shuguang colleges were selected by random cluster sampling method from October 2019 to September 2020.The main contents are basic information,sexual medicine knowledge,popularization and present situation of TCM sexual medicine education,etc.Results College students had little knowledge about sexual medicine,80.44%of them wanted to acquire sexual medicine knowledge,87.35%of them learned sexual medicine knowledge from the internet and other media resources.Nearly 95%of college students agreed that their schools should actively carry out scientific and systematic sex education,especially the sexual knowledge related to TCM,such as sexual physiology,sexual health,and contraceptive prevention of sexually transmitted diseases,and they would take relevant courses.The acceptance rate of female students was significantly higher than that of male students(P<0.05).Among the contents of sexual psychology,sexual dysfunction,sexually transmitted diseases,and sexual reproduction in TCM sexual medicine teaching,the ranking of the contents of interest is sexual reproduction,sexually transmitted diseases,sexual psychology,sexual dysfunction,and sexual physiology.Among them,the male and female are interested in different content(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM-related college students have a high degree of enthusiasm for TCM sexual medicine knowledge,but lack of health education knowledge related to sexual reproduction,sexual safety of sexually transmitted diseases,and sexual psyc
