中高职有效衔接助推校地高质量发展——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：湖北工业职业技术学院根据新时代事业发展的新要求,在国家加快构建现代职业教育体系、加强中高职衔接和增强职业教育适应性要求的背景下,设计并实践了中高职一体化服务县域特色产业发展战略,以政校企共同组成的特色产业学院为平台一体推动,聚焦特色产业需求,推进专业群与产业群协同发展,实现对山区特色产业高质量人才供给和对县域特色产业高质量发展提供技术技能人才支撑的目标。According to the new requirements of career development in the new era,under the background of accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system and enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,Hubei Industrial Polytechnic has designed and implemented the development strategy of county characteristic industries served by the connection of secondary schools and colleges.It takes the characteristic industrial college composed of government,schools and enterprises as a platform,focuses on the needs of characteristic industries,and promotes the coordinated development of professional groups and industrial groups,in order to realize the goal of providing high-quality talents for characteristic industries in mountainous areas and technical and skilled talents for the high-quality development of characteristic industries in counties.
