摘 要:利用快速水分测定法测定10种药食同源原料在不同粒度范围、不同取样量以及不同检测温度下的水分含量,并与直接干燥法对比。结果表明:10种原料的快速水分测定条件为粒度范围0.180~0.250 mm,取样量3 g,检测温度120℃。与直接干燥法相比,葛根、栀子、丁香、百合的快速水分测定结果未表现出显著性差异,山楂、生姜、山药、白扁豆、胖大海和茯苓表现出显著性差异,说明快速水分测定法的准确度较直接干燥法低。此外,快速水分测定法的RSD更高,说明其精确度也较直接干燥法低。The moisture content of 10 raw materials of affinal drug and diet in different particle size ranges,amounts of sample and detection temperatures was determined by rapid moisture determination,and comparing with the direct drying method.Results show that the rapid moisture determination conditions of 10 raw materials were the particle size range of 0.180~0.250 mm,the sample amount of 3 g,and the detection temperature of 120℃.Compared with the direct drying method,the rapid moisture test results of pueraria,gardenia,clove and lily did not show significant difference,while hawthorn,ginger,yam,Dolichos lablab,Sterculia scaphigera,and Poria cocos showed significant differences,which indicating that the accuracy of the rapid moisture determination is lower than that of the direct drying method.In addition,the RSD of the rapid moisture determination was higher than the direct drying method which showing the lower precision.
