长春市大学生中医体质类型与膳食营养的关联性分析

摘  要:目的:了解长春市大学生中医体质现状,分析膳食营养对中医体质类型的影响。方法:随机选取长春市三所高校共675名在校大学生为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果:长春市大学生偏颇体质的发生率为67.16%,几乎不吃粗粮,水果和奶制品摄入频率低是偏颇体质形成的危险因素;而不节食减肥,订外卖频率低是偏颇体质形成的保护因素。结论:增加水果和奶制品的摄入频率,不节食减肥,降低订外卖频率,形成良好的生活及饮食习惯将有益于大学生健康平和体质的形成。Objective:To understand the current situation of college students’TCM constitution in Changchun,and analyze the influence of dietary nutrition on TCM constitution types.Method:675 college students from three colleges and universities in Changchun city were randomly selected for the survey.Result:The incidence of biased physique among college students in Changchun was 67.16%.The risk factors for the formation of biased physique were almost not eating coarse grains and low intake frequency of fruits and dairy products;Instead of dieting to lose weight,the low frequency of ordering takeout is a protective factor for the formation of biased physique.Conclusion:Increasing the intake frequency of fruits and dairy products,not dieting to lose weight,reducing the frequency of ordering takeout,and forming good living and eating habits will be beneficial to the formation of healthy and peaceful physique of college students.
