摘  要:课堂是一个由师生学习共同体与其外部环境构成的具有生命特质、相互依存的微观生态系统。研究基于系统动力学,构建职业院校课堂生态动力系统作用路径,梳理维持、激发职业院校课堂生态动力系统回路,建立影响因素结果树,随后设计职业院校课堂生态动力系统流图与方程量纲,运用VENSIM软件的仿真实验结果显示:学习兴趣、学习需求与动机、教师协调作用、学习评价等因素对职业院校课堂生态动力系统产生显著影响;但政策制度法规、现代信息技术、课程因素对职业院校课堂生态动力系统的影响还不够显著。这为职业院校优化课堂生态提供了依据,也为政府部门制定职教相关决策提供了参考。The classroom is a micro ecosystem featuring life and interdependence,which is composed of the learning community of teachers and students and their external environment,so it is necessary to build wholesome classroom ecology in vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of system dynamics,this study constructs the causal path of classroom ecosystem in vocational colleges,sorts out the system circuit of stimulating and maintaining the classroom ecological dynamics,and establishes the outcome tree of influencing factors.Then the flow diagram and model equation are built and tested by using the simulation experiment of VENSIM software.Via simulation experiment,it is shown that learning interest,learning needs and motivation,teachers’coordination level,and learning evaluation have significant influence on the classroom ecological dynamic system in vocational colleges.However,the policies,systems and regulations,modern information technology and curriculum factors have no significant influence on the classroom ecological dynamic system in vocational colleges.These outcomes lay a good foundation for vocational colleges to optimize their classroom ecology and offer references for government departments in making decisions on ecological classrooms in vocational education.
