摘 要:古今中外的大学书院不管按何种模式运行,对书院最普遍的理念共识是书院要“以学生为中心”。当前随着对“以学生为中心”概念研究的深入,“学生能动性”被视为“以学生为中心”的概念核心。“学生能动性”是学生为发生改变积极设定目标、进行反思、做出负责任行动的能力,“学生能动性”不是学生固有的品质,需要在“互动”的环境中培养,能动程度依赖于环境的支持度。培养“学生能动性”是信息技术时代和高等教育普及化阶段的迫切诉求,但在高等教育领域,有关“学生能动性”培养的理论研究和实践探索不多。大学书院作为人才培养创新的试验田,“学生能动性”培养应成为重要着力点,大学书院应从情感氛围、师生互动、通识课程、学生自治、选择机会等方面着眼,促进学生能动发展,真正践行“以学生为中心”的教育。Regardless of the varied operation modes of academies at different times and in different countries, the most common conceptual consensus on university academies is that they should be "student-centered". At present, with the deepening of the research on the concept of "student-centered", "student agency" is regarded as the core of the concept of "student-centered". "Student agency" is the ability of students to actively set goals, reflect and take responsible actions for changes. "Student agency" is not an inherent quality of students but needs to be cultivated in an "interactive" environment. The degree of agency depends on the support of the environment. Cultivating "student agency" is an urgent demand in the era of information technology and in the stage of universal higher education. However, in the field of higher education, there are few theoretical research and practical exploration on the cultivation of "student agency". As an experimental field for innovation, the cultivation of "student agency" should become an important focus of university academies. The academies should pay much attention to the emotional atmosphere, teacher-student interaction, general courses, student autonomy, choices and other aspects to promote the cultivation of student agency and truly practice the "student-centered" education.
