摘  要:碳化硅因其高硬度、高强度、高耐磨、高导热、耐腐蚀、抗冲蚀等特点,被广泛应用于航空航天、能源、环境、交通、信息技术等领域。宁夏具备碳化硅冶炼的资源与能源优势,在中国乃至全球碳化硅产业中都占据重要地位,但同时也存在产量大但产值低、份额高但分量轻、低值、粗加工原料产品居多等问题。基于此现状及碳化硅材料发展趋势,本文就国内外碳化硅陶瓷2014—2018年的产业状况、影响发展关键因素等方面进行调研和分析,并就宁夏碳化硅产业创新发展路径创新提出了若干针对性建议。SiC is extensively applied in aerospace,energy,environment,transportation,information technology and other fields due to its hardness,strength,superior wear-resistance capability,excellent thermal conductivity,corrosion resistance,erosion resistance and other characteristics.Endowed with the resource and energy needed for Sic smelting,Ningxia occupies an important position in China and even the global SiC industry.However,there are also issues such as low output value,small percentage,and large number of rough processed raw products.In view of the current status and the development trend of SiC materials,this paper sets out to conduct research on the industrial status of SiC ceramics at home and abroad and its key influence factors during the five-year period from 2014 to 2018,and put forward some targeted suggestions on the innovation path of Ningxia SiC industry.
