摘　　要：临床实习是医学生从学生向医生角色转换过渡的关键时期。文章通过对实习生管理模式的分析,发现影响临床实习质量的因素,提出了建设性建议:构建医学实习生管理新模式,深化医学实习制度的改革,加强思想政治、人文素养等方面的教育,加强学校与学生、教学医院之间的联系,强化医院实习生管理,进而提高医学生临床实习质量,培养合格的医疗事业接班人。Clinical practice is a key period for medical students to transform their roles from students to doctors.Through the analysis of the management mode of interns,this article fund out the factors that affect the quality of clinical practice,and put forward constructive suggestions:build a new management model for medical interns,deepen the reform of the medical internship system,and strengthen the education of ideology,politics,humanistic quality,etc.,strengthen the connection between the school and students,and teaching hospitals,and promote the management of hospital interns,so as to improve the internship quality of medical students’clinical practice and cultivate qualified successors for medical undertakings.
