摘  要:目的:探讨重大突发公共卫生事件背景下,《护理心理学》课程思政与心理辅导相结合的教学方法对护生职业认同感及自我效能感的影响。方法:随机选取2020级三年制高职护理专业4个在校班级护生,其中选取2个班级作为试验组,实施《护理心理学》课程思政教学与心理辅导相结合的教学;另外2个班级作为对照组,实施传统教学。课程结束后,对比试验班级与对照班级护生的职业认同感及自我效能感得分情况。结果:试验班级的职业认同感和自我效能感得分均显著高于对照组班级(P<0.05)。结论:《护理心理学》课程思政与心理辅导相结合的教学能有效提高在校护生的职业认同感和自我效能感。Objective:To explore the influence of the combination of course ideology and politics and psychological counseling on the professional self-identity and self-efficacy of nursing students under the background of major public health emergencies.Methods:Two nursing students of 2020 three-year higher vocational nursing major were selected as experimental classes,and the teaching of“Nursing Psychology”course was carried out with the combination of course ideology and politics and psychological counseling.After the course,the professional self-identity and self-efficacy scores of nursing students in the experimental class and the control class were compared.Results:The scores of professional self-identity and self-efficacy in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of course ideology and politics and psychological counseling in nursing psychology can effectively improve the professional self-identity and self-efficacy of nursing students.
