摘 要:目的:探讨客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)考核模式如何有效在药学本科生实习前开展以及了解参与教师、学生对考核模式的评价。方法:选取40名学生及6位有资质的OSCE考核教师参加本次考核,采用问卷调查形式对本次考核的设计、实施进行调查同时对考核结果进行统计、分析及评价。结果:通过用药交代、药物不良反应、处方审核这3个站点进行考核后,每个站点平均成绩分别为(16.15±3.16)分、(13.56±2.08)分、(12.32±3.02)分,考核难度系数分别为0.75、0.69、0.61,参考教师和学生对OSCE的考核设置及质量进行评价发现78.3%的评价者认为站点设置合理,91.3%认为考核氛围满意,45.7%认为题目难易度适中,73.9%认为“标准化患者”可以较为真实地再现临床情景。结论:OSCE模式可用于药学本科生实习前临床技能的考核及评价,教师及学生对此次OSCE考核模式的满意度较高。Objective To explore how the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)assessment model can be effectively carried out before the internship of undergraduate pharmacy students,and to understand the evaluation of the assessment model by participating teachers and students.Method 40 students and 6 qualified OSCE teachers were selected to participate in this assessment.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the design and implementation of this assessment,and the assessment results were statistically analyzed and evaluated.Results By examination in three site which about medication account、prescription checking and intervention、adverse reactions judged,the average scores of examines at each site were 16.15±3.16、13.56±2.08 and 12.32±3.02,the test difficulty coefficients were 0.75,0.69,0.61,respectively,the assessment setting and quality by teachers and students,78.3%of the evaluators thought that the site setting was reasonable,the assessment atmosphere was satisfactory of 91.3%,45.7%thought the difficulty of the questions was moderate,and the"standardized patients"couldaccurately reproduce clinical scenes of 73.9%.Conclusion:The OSCE model can be used to assess and evaluate the clinical skills of pharmaceutical undergraduates before practice,the teachers and students are highly satisfied with the OSCE assessment mode.
