摘 要:目的探索以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合模块化教学在口腔本科修复教学中的实践与成效。方法2019年9月—2020年1月选择口腔系本科生54名,在模块化教学条件下,见习时随机分成传统组和CBL组进行教学,周期结束后使用同一套试题进行考核和教学满意度调查,并结合期末理论课考试成绩,比较两组教学法的成效。结果在模块化教学的前提下,CBL教学组学生在见习考核优于传统组,对教学的满意度也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBL教学组学生的期末理论考试成绩也优于传统组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CBL结合模块化教学可以提高口腔修复教学成效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the combination of CBL(Case-based learning)and module teaching in prosthodontic probation.Methods From September 2019 to January 2020,54 undergraduate students in the department of stomatology were selected.Under the modular teaching conditions,they were randomly divided into the traditional group and the CBL group for teaching.After the cycle,the same set of test questions were used for assessment and teaching satisfaction survey,and the effectiveness of the two groups of teaching methods was compared based on the final theoretical course examination results.Results On the premise of modular teaching,CBL teaching group students are better than the traditional group in probation assessment,and their satisfaction with teaching is also higher,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The final theoretical examination scores of students in CBL teaching group were also better than those in the traditional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion CBL combined probation module teaching was recommended for prosthodontic classes.
