摘 要:目的初步了解住院医师规范化培训学员对牙周病学在线教学模式的认可度、学习平台、学习形式、学习需求等情况,进一步改进并提高教学质量。方法以2020年1—12月在浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院牙周科轮转的住院医师规范化培训的学员作为研究对象,通过网络在线平台实施了问卷调查,用Excel 2007和SPSS 17.0统计学软件对调查问卷进行了数据处理和分析。结果调查发现住培学员对在线教学模式接受度高。不同年级、不同学历住培学员在课程实时互动交流必要性、自主学习能力评价、学习内容、学习时间安排上呈现显著性差异。结论运用互联网、多媒体、人工智能等现代信息技术,开展高质量在线教学,是教育发展之趋势,建议借助互联网平台,在教学内容、教学评价、教学形式上根据住培学员具体情况科学合理地设计课程内容,分层分级,因材施教,进一步提高教学质量。Objective To preliminary understand the recognition,learning platform,learning style and learning needs of residents'standardized training students on the online teaching mode of periodontology,and to further improve the teaching quality.Methods The residents'standardized training students in Department of Periodontology,Stomatology Hospital,School of Stomatology,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to December 2020 were taken as the research object,questionnaire surveys were carried out through the online platform,and Excel 2007 and SPSS 17.0 software were used to process and analyze the questionnaire data in this study.Results The survey show that the online teaching mode was highly accepted by the students.There were significant differences in the necessity of real-time interactive communication,evaluation of autonomous learning ability,learning content and learning time arrangement among students of different grades and educational background.Conclusion Using modern information technologies such as the Internet,multimedia and artificial intelligence to carry out high-quality online teaching is the trend of education development.It is suggested that with the help of the Internet platform,the course content,teaching evaluation and teaching model should be designed scientifically depending on the resident and reasonably to further improve the teaching quality.
