摘　　要：高校课程思政建设是党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视的问题,要求各类课程与思想政治理论课,同向同行,形成协同效应。以问题为导向的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)的教学因其以学生为中心的理念先进而已被医学院校广泛采用。在PBL教学法中,如何开展课程思政是一个具有挑战性的课题。课程思政在PBL课程中的主要实施目的及实践路径是两个重要教学问题。文章围绕海南医学院的人才培养目标,就海南医学院基础医学与生命科学学院多年的卓越医生培养与PBL教学经验,重点阐述了在PBL教学中课程思政教学的主要特点、目标,课程思政的具体设计等内容,同时思考了医学院校的PBL教学法中中课程思政教育的改革方向,以期为医学院校专业课程PBL教学中引入思政教育提供借鉴。Ideological and political construction of college courses has been an issue that the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It requires various courses and ideological and political theory courses to go in the same direction and form a synergy effect.The problem-oriented teaching model(PBL)teaching has been widely adopted by medical schools because of its advanced student-centered concept.In the PBL model,how to develop curriculum ideology is a challenging topic.The main implementation purpose and practice path of curriculum ideology and politics in PBL curriculum are two important teaching issues.This article focuses on the talent training goals of Hainan Medical University,focusing on the training of outstanding doctors and PBL teaching experience in the school of basic medicine and life sciences of Hainan Medical College,focusing on the main characteristics,goals,and curriculum ideological and political teaching in PBL teaching.At the same time,it considers the reform direction of the ideological and political education in the PBL teaching in medical colleges,in order to provide reference for the introduction of ideological and political education in the PBL teaching of professional courses in medical colleges.
