摘 要:教育生态学作为一种理论视角,能够为高职院校学生评教提供借鉴。本研究基于教育生态学的视角,分析高等职业教育教学生态系统的子系统——高职院校学生评教,主要从学生评教生态系统的生物成分、环境成分和生态功能着手,探知高职院校学生评教对教学生态系统有着服务与改进教师教学、提高教学质量的功能,起着重塑与调控的重要作用。揭示学生评教生态系统在系统的“顶层”设计和“基层”实施中的种种失衡表现,并据此提出学生评教系统“顶层”设计的归位和“基层”实施的优化路径,帮助学生评教生态系统解决现实困境,进而更好地发挥对教学生态系统的动态平衡作用。As a theoretical perspective,ecology of education can provide reference value for students evaluation of teaching in vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of education ecology,this study analyzed the sub-system of vocational education teaching ecosystem—vocational college students evaluation of teaching.From the perspective of biological components,environmental components and ecological functions of students evaluation of teaching ecosystem,this study explored the function of students evaluation of teaching in vocational colleges to the teaching ecosystem—the important function of serving and improving teachers teaching performance and improving teaching quality as well as reshaping and regulating.This study was to reveal various imbalances in the“top-level design”and“grassroots”implementation in the system of student evaluation of teaching,and accordingly put forward the optimized path for“top-level design”and“grassroots”implementation of student assessment system,help solve practical difficulties in students ecological system,and give better play to the SE system in teaching dynamic balance of ecosystem.
