摘 要:十九大报告中对高职教育发展提出了更为严格的要求,要求各院校加大教学名师培养力度,健全高职院校教学名师培养机制,助力高等教育高质量发展。然而,现阶段高职院校教学名师培养依旧处于发展阶段,缺少健全的教学名师培养体系,导致教学名师成长缓慢。对此高职院校要深入分析教学名师培养的意义,以确立培养甄选机制、开展课题研究、开展社会实践、专业技能社团建设、丰富培养途径为切入点立体化研究高职院校教学名师培养的具体策略,以期为高职院校名师培养提供参考。In the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC,stricter requirements for the development of higher vocational education,requiring colleges and universities to strengthen the training of famous teachers,improve the training mechanism of famous teachers in higher vocational colleges,and help the high-quality development of higher education.However,at the present stage,the training of famous teachers in higher vocational colleges is still in the development stage,and the lack of a sound famous teacher training system leads to the slow growth of famous teachers.The higher vocational colleges should deeply analyze the significance of the training of famous teachers,in order to establish the training selection mechanism,carry out subject research,carry out social practice,professional skills community construction,rich training methods as the breakthrough point three-dimensional research of higher vocational colleges,in order to provide reference for the training of famous teachers in higher vocational colleges.
