基于心理契约理论的来华留学生跨文化适应问题研究

摘　　要：跨文化适应是一种社会心理现象,且心理契约理论和跨文化适应理论同时具备的动态性和其内在互动性。跨文化适应的不同阶段,心理契约有不同的特点。本研究基于心理契约对来华留学生的跨文化适应开展研究,通过了解留学生来华学习的期望、目标及其满足实现程度,调查留学生在跨文化适应过程中的状况,分析留学生在跨文化适应过程中心理契约破裂和违背具体原因、结果,提出跨文化适应过程中重建和维护留学生心理契约的流程、具体措施及有针对性的意见建议。The theory of cross-cultural contract is a dynamic phenomenon of cross-cultural adaptation and psychological interaction.Psychological contract has different characteristics in different stages of cross-cultural adaptation.Based on the psychological contract,this study studies the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China,investigates the situation of foreign students in the process of cross-cultural adaptation,and analyzes the specific reasons and results of the breach and violation of the central contract in the process of cross-cultural adaptation,put forward the process,specific measures and targeted suggestions of reconstructing and maintaining foreign students’psychological contract in the process of cross-cultural adaptation.
