摘　　要：为提高扩招生培养质量,三亚航空旅游职业学院在全面学情分析的基础上,坚持“以学生为中心”的教学管理理念,通过构建“校—院—班—组”四级教学管理模式、改革教学组织形式、抓好管理队伍建设和构建全方位教学保障体系等措施进行扩招生培养,进一步强化了扩招生的终身学习意识和习惯。In order to improve the quality of enrollment and training,Sanya Aviation Tourism College adheres to the“student-centered”teaching management concept on the basis of comprehensive academic analysis,and builds a“schoolcollege-class-group”four-level teaching management model,reform of teaching organization form,do a good job in the construction of management team and build a comprehensive teaching guarantee system to expand enrollment training,and further strengthen the lifelong learning awareness and habits of enrollment expansion.
