摘  要:哈尔滨理工大学光电信息科学与工程专业通过学科竞赛、创新创业实践和课程思政,构造了以学生为主体的人才培养模式,强化了有目标的自主学习在人才培养中发挥的作用,实现了“学科竞赛效果成果化,实践课程课题化,指导学生模糊化,实践内容交叉化,毕业设计创新化”的实践教学模式。实现理论和实践的有机结合。举办跨专业的学科竞赛和课程实践,实现了“取长补短,集多专业所长、攻克难点”的协作互助模式,激发了光电信息学生对光电领域的兴趣与潜能,提高了学生综合运用光电知识解决实际问题的能力和进行实验研究的能力。The photoelectric information science and engineering major of Harbin University of Science and Technology has constructed a talent training mode with students as the main body through discipline competition,innovation and entrepreneurship practices,and curriculum ideology,and strengthened the role of targeted independent learning in talent training,and realized the practical teaching mode of“the effect of subject competitions,the subject of practical courses,the fuzzification of guidance for students,the crossover of practical content,and the innovation of graduation design”.At the same time,through the organic combination of subject competitions,practical teaching,and curriculum ideology and theory teaching,students will have a clear goal of theoretical lessons and realize the organic combination of theory and practice.Organizing cross-professional subject competitions and curriculum practice,has realized the collaborative and mutual assistance mode of“learning from each other’s strengths,integrating the strengths of multiple disciplines and overcoming difficulties”.These stimulated the students’interest and potential in the field of optoelectronics,improved the students’comprehensive use of optoelectronic knowledge to solve problems and the ability to solve the practical problems and the ability to conduct experimental research.
