以横向课题研究为载体提升幼教师资教研能力的路径探索

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和访谈,发现幼教师资在开展教育研究时普遍存在选题缺乏针对性、理论缺乏支撑性、设计缺乏科学性、实施缺乏持续性、结果缺乏逻辑性等问题,建议师范类高校与幼儿园双方以横向课题研究为载体,构建平等协作的研究关系,以教育实践问题为研究对象,以幼儿园工作情境为研究场域,支持幼教师资在教育研究中不断提升问题定向能力、文献查阅能力、研究设计能力、资料收集能力、成果表达能力,从而有效提升教研能力。Through questionnaires and interviews,it was found that there are common problems in the research of preschool teacher education,such as lack of pertinence in topic selection,lack of support in theory,lack of scientificity in design,lack of continuity in implementation,lack of logic in results.Normal colleges and kindergartens should build an equal and collaborative research partnership through doing horizontal projects.The aim is to jointly explore the implementation path to improve preschool teachers’abilities of problem orientation,literature review,research design,data collection and outcome expression,with problems in educational practice as the research object and kindergarten working situation as the research field.
