新时代背景下涉外法治人才培养的路径

摘　　要：涉外法治人才的高需求、高质量特征与涉外法律服务人员的低供给、低质量现实之间的矛盾日益突出,加强涉外法治人才培养已成为一项紧迫的政治任务。新时代背景下,涉外法治人才培养需以习近平法治思想为指导,注重创新型涉外法治人才培养、个性化涉外法治人才培养、多样化涉外法治人才培养,需注重涉外法治人才培养评价。涉外法治人才包括涉外律师、涉外翻译人才、涉外企业法务等基本类型。良好的法律外语能力,扎实的法学理论功底,精湛的法律实务技能,良好的职业道德素养是涉外法治人才的基本素养。涉外法治人才是中国的法治人才,要科学制定涉外法治人才的政治标准,加强涉外法治专门人才培养,狠抓涉外法治人才优质生源遴选,实施涉外法治人才高标准培养方案,提高涉外法治人才师资的国际化专业化水平,开展涉外法治人才国内外协同培养,培养一批能够帮助中国融入世界,能够在世界展现中国的高素质涉外法治人才。The contradiction between the high demand and high quality of foreign-related legal professionals and the low supply and low quality of foreign-related legal staffs is becoming increasingly prominent.Strengthening the training of foreign legal professionals has become an urgent political mission.In the context of the New Era,the cultivation of foreign-related legal professionals should be guided by Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law.Emphasizing the innovation,individuation and diversification of the training of foreign-related legal professionals,should pay attention to the evaluation of that.Foreign-related legal professionals include foreign-related legal lawyers,foreign-related affairs translators,foreign-related enterprise legal counsels and other basic types.Good legal foreign language ability,solid legal theory knowledge foundation,exquisite legal practice skills and good professional ethics are the basic qualities of foreign-related legal professionals.As foreign-related legal professionals are China's legal talents.We should scientifically formulate political standards for them,strengthen the training of foreign-related legal professionals,pay close attention to the selection of high-quality students for them,implement high-standard training programs for them,improve the international and professional level of their faculty group,and carry out coordinated training of foreign-related legal professionals domestic and overseas.The purpose is to cultivate a number of high-quality foreign-related legal professionals who can assist China integrate into the world and can present China over the world.
